Bazaar!
Before proceeding onto the application,
please read the following information:
Application Period
Applications are being accepted from July 25th to August 15th 2008.
You will be notified if you are accepted usually within 5 business days
of your application.
How Vendors Are Chosen
Since You Bazaar is a small community oriented show, vendors will be
juried by the organizers. Judging will be based on:
· Individuality
· Quality of work
· Sale of plush or plush related products
Event Logistics
You Bazaar! will be on November 2nd 2008 from 10am to 5pm at the San
Francisco County Fair Building in Golden Gate Park. You Bazaar! will
feature 30 select craft vendors selling quality handmade wares and a
series of rotating workshops throughout the day with some of your favorite
plush designers. While we would like to
use this event to promote plush art we welcome all crafters to apply
for a vendor space.
This will be a fun, casual family friendly event to kick
off the Plush You SF Show,
opening Friday, November 7th 2008 and excite customers for the holiday
shopping extravaganza Bazaar
Bizarre San Francisco on Sunday, November 30th 2008.
Booth Logistics
Vendors are given a 6'x6' space. A 6 ft. table and two chairs will be
provided. Vendors must leave their space clean and garbage-free. Bazaar
Bizarre San Francisco and the San Francisco County Fair Building are
not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property or for any bodily
injury before, during or after the event.
Costs
The booth is $65 for the day.
Payment Info
If you are accepted, payment is due by September 1st 2008. If you are accepted
into the event but you decide not to attend, there are no refunds after
you pay. Also if you do not pay by the due date you risk forfeiting your
space.
