to determine this years vendors.

Some important information:

- We will be checking your records for PROOF of application payment. If you have not submitted your application fee ($15 per show or $25 for both) via Paypal contact laura@bazaarbizarre.org ASAP to ensure your application will be reviewed for the show and to receive payment information.

- NOTIFICATIONS will be announced by MIDNIGHT SEPT 2nd 2010 by e-mail, please wait till after Sept 2nd to inquire. We appreciate your patience.

Seeking arts and crafts vendors for the Orinda Community Center Auxiliary’s 34th annual Holiday Bazaar
~ Saturday November 6th ~ 8:30am – 4:30pm.

The Orinda Community Center Auxiliary [OCCA] sponsors the yearly bazaar.
OCCA is an all volunteer non-profit organization dedicated to maintaining and improving Orinda’s excellent Community Center and its facilities and programs such as the free Summer Concerts in the Park series.

The Holiday Bazaar has enjoyed enormous community support over the years, and strives to make an attractive and profitable venue for participating vendors.
• Beautiful renovated historic building and grounds
• Variety of rooms and sites for your booth and table. The Community Center is a historic landmark and former elementary school with a wide promenade outside, a spacious hallway, several classrooms and a large auditorium.
• There will be family entertainment scheduled for both days of the Bazaar.

Booth sizes: from 5’x8’ indoors to 10’x10’ sites outdoors, large enough for EZ-Up tents.
Booths spaces: $85 – $125 inside and outdoors.
Tables and electricity are also available to rent.

Times: Saturday November 6th from 9:30 – 4:30pm.

We are still accepting applications however all applications received after September 3rd incur a $25 late fee.

Situated in the beautiful Mary Agatha Furth Center in Windsor with high visibility on Old Redwood Highway. The center is well lit and carpeted. Musical entertainment throughout the day. Food vendors on site. Artists creating two deminsional work in all media, ceramics, glass and other fine crafts are especially encouraged to apply. 10’ x 10’ display space, $75. 6’ table with 2 chairs $40. What: The Fillmore Art Walk

When: Friday, September 10th, 2010 from 6pm-12am

Where: on Fillmore from Eddy St. to Sutter St.

The sole purpose the Fillmore Art Walk is to provide an event that not only celebrates the rich culture and diversity of the Fillmore District. We are looking for emerging and dynamic bay area artists to display works of art for sale on the sidewalk and surrounding the Fillmore Center Plaza.

All artists must respond the TheFillmoreArtWalk@gmail.com. In the subject bar, please type “Name of Company/ Street Vendor.” You do not have to type a long paragraph about your art. Please just provide a link with photo’s.

All submissions that will be considered for the event will receive a conformation email with an application attached. The application will also have a short list of requirements you must follow in order to participate. There is $50 participation fee. All participants will get the opportunity to communicate with me and ask any additional questions.

Please note: You will keep all revenue made from the event. You are only paying for space.   Please do not email for any other reason than street vending.

Help us support Children’s Hospital and Research Center in Oakland on December 12, 2010. We expect our event to be well attended, and customers will feel at home, shopping from vendors.
One table and two chairs will be provided, a ¼ page ad in our souvenir booklet, plus your company will be added to our ongoing database for all of our upcoming events and networking. For an additional $5.00 your promotional information can be added to our Goody Bags which will be given out to each person in attendance.
Tables are $75.00 plus a gift for the raffle. Deadline for vendor applications is August 23, 2010.
