Thank you for applying to the Bazaar Bizarre Maker Faire 2010. Please follow these instructions to apply:
- Please provide us with enough details about your product line, including pictures of all the applicants work and a URL to your website/online photo album showing your work.
- If you are applying as a COLLECTIVE (more than two artists) do not use the “shared booth” option, apply as a single vendor.
- If you are applying as a joint application, know that we will designate the contact in the “First Vendor” data fields as a primary contact.
- If you do not possess a resale license for the state of California please write PENDING in the proper text box below.
- DON'T FORGET to upload your pictures. The extension should be either .jpg or .gif and each file should not exceed 200 KB in size for each picture.
- Applications are being accepted from Feb 2nd to March 16th. You will be notified as to whether or not you are accepted by March 23rd 2010.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS for Bazaar Bizarre Maker Faire 2010
All applicants must agree to comply with these terms and conditions, to be accepted as a vendor:
- Cost for one booth space is $220.00 USD with a $10.00 USD Application Fee
- The booth fee is for the use of one booth space, one 6-foot table and two chairs during the Maker Faire 2010.
- Full booth fee payment is due within 72 hours of acceptance. If you do not pay in full by the deadline, your space will be given to the next artist on our list.
- No refunds will be given for cancellations.
- You are not permitted to sell or trade your space. If you are found to be selling or trading your vendor space Bazaar Bizarre Maker Faire has the authorization to ban you from all future Bazaar Bizarre shows across the nation.
- Sharing a booth spaces is allowed for up to TWO ARTISTS or as a themed collective.
- Vendors may only sell handmade or independently designed products as reflected in their application.
- It is expected that all vendors will be ready and able to sell at time of event opening and may not leave any earlier than the end of show.
- Vendors will perform and behave in good conduct, keeping their area free of debris.
- Bazaar Bizarre SF and Maker Faire are not responsible for any loss, or damage of personal property, equipment, and/or valuables.
- All our vendors must have a temporary or permanent CA reseller’s permit by the time you vend with us. California law states that you must have a resale certificate in order to make sales. You are considered a retailer if you are selling any tangible items to customers.
