We’re pleased to announce that the vendor application for the 4th annual Cleveland Bazaar Bizarre is now open!

Event details:

The Bazaar Bizarre will be held in the Sincere Building (2079 East 4th St, at the corner of 4th and Prospect) in downtown Cleveland on Saturday, December 1, 2007, from noon – 9 p.m.

Vendor fees:

The vendor fee is $100. This fee includes one table and two chairs which will be provided for you. You will be given payment instructions if you are accepted as a vendor.

Applying to be a vendor:

The application period is from Monday, October 15 to Monday, November 5 (at midnight). We will notify applicants by Monday November 12 (or earlier) of their acceptance status.

Bazaar Bizarre is a juried craft fair that receives more than twice as many applications for spaces than we can accept. The good news is that this year's space is considerably larger than previous years'. However, each application will be thoroughly reviewed and vendors selected based on a variety of factors, including:

· Individuality
· DIY-sensibility
· Quality of work
· Overall diversity amongst all vendors accepted

Because we get so many applications and can only accept the vendors we have space for, it’s important that you take the time to make sure that your application is as complete as possible.
Your application should include: 3 digital images (max. size 200KB/pic) AND/OR a URL for your website. If you do not have a website, you must provide digital images with your application. Please make sure that these images are taken in the best possible light and are representative of your work. Include information for each section of the application -- we cannot consider incomplete applications.

You will be informed by Monday November 12 or earlier whether or not you’ve been accepted as a vendor for this year’s Cleveland Bazaar Bizarre. If you are accepted as a vendor, you will be asked to join an e-mail list in order to receive important event information.

If you’d like to apply with another crafter and share your table, you’re welcome to do so. But please use ONE application. We will consider this a joint application, so be very clear about who your partner is and refer to them within your application. If you are accepted as a single vendor, you may not partner with another vendor after the application period is complete. Only those vendors who have applied and been accepted to the Bazaar Bizarre may participate in this event. (We try hard to make sure that the kinds of crafts at the event are diverse and balanced and evenly spread out. So we must know in advance who you are going to share a table with.)
