Bazaar Bizarre

Thank you for applying to the Boston Bazaar Bizarre! The 2010 fair will take place on December 5, 2010 from 11am to 7pm at the Boston Center for the Arts' Cyclorama. Details about tables, parking, and other info is available on the vendor page. Please make sure you read the full instruction page before continuing.

For ease of review, these applications are being processed through Google Docs. This information is made available to the Bazaar Bizarre organizers, and limited information is also made available to our jury. Your contact information will be kept private and only used in Bazaar Bizarre Boston communications.

After completing your application, you are required to submit your vendor fee of $200 in full. If you do not submit your payment within 2 hours, your application will be deleted. If you run into issues submitting payment, please notify us immediately so we do not unintentionally delete your application.

If you are applying to share a table with a friend, submit ONE application only. Both names must be included on one application to be judged for participation. You cannot share a table with anyone who has not been accepted. Doing so will result in forfeiture of your space and vendor fee.

Applications will be live until 5pm on Wednesday, August 11, 2010. Applicants will be notified by 5pm on Monday, August 16th of their acceptance or rejection. Any vendor who is not accepted will have their vendor fee refunded in full no later than 5pm August 20th.

Any vendor who is not accepted will have their vendor fee refunded in full no later than 5pm August 20th.

Your payment is 100% refundable until August 25th. After that, we cannot refund your fee unless we are able to replace you as a vendor. No refunds will be made after November 15th for ANY reason.
